MY IDEA OF FUN
- Tackling my kids onto the bed and giving them tickles
- Going on adventures with my wife. It doesn't matter where
- Cycling as far as I can, and up the steepest hills I can find
- Double bouncing my son into oblivion on the trampoline
- Programming workouts that are going to make me sweat
- Then having a sauna right after
- Getting lost in the bush, on foot or on a mountain bike
- Swimming in the river. The colder the better
- Hanging out with my mates at the playground while our kids run wild
